SELECTING A CONCENTRATION:

General rule of thumb per dosing is to stay between 1mg and 5 mg per 10lbs of body weight, all depending on severity of symptoms and the individual’s metabolism. Start at the low end of the range and work your way up slowly until you achieve the desired affects, then stay at this level. The dropper will have a measure to accurately dose based on your needs from 0.25-1ml. If this is your first time taking a tincture, see the Dosing FAQs for help calculating a good starting dose.

Our broad-spectrum tinctures are available in 4 concentrations to make your experience as easy as possible.

• 500mg- Great for administering a low dose in one full dropper, or ideal for someone splitting their dose throughout the day. As a lower concentration tincture the hemp taste will be more mild than other concentrations.
• 750mg- Also great for splitting a lower dose throughout the day. One 25mg dropper is equivalent to your standard capsule or gummy, making it easy to maintain the same dose when switching over.
• 1000mg- Excellent for a lower dose in one serving, or easily measure out to split throughout the day. This strength is an easy concentration for experimenting with for first time users to find their desired dose.
• 2000mg- Our strongest concentration, excellent for larger doses, or for anyone who doesn’t like the taste or feel of the oil with more CBD per drop. Also the most CBD per dollar!

DIRECTIONS:

Enjoy daily, or on an as-needed basis. Place the desired amount under your tongue, hold for 30-60 seconds, then swallow. Holding the oil sub-lingually for the longest period of time allows for the most bioavailability. Effects can be felt as soon as 15-45 minutes after dosing and should reach their peak around 90 minutes.
