While both formulations work for all of the above, Cooling Relief is more popular for symptoms involving swelling, while Cooling and Warming Relief is preferred for most sorts of nerve pain. Maximum Strength is preferred for any sort of nerve pain, bone on bone, or anything else someone would deem ‘maximum’. Regular Strength is amazing for everything else. USAGE: Use as needed, up to four times daily. Massage gently into areas of discomfort in the body. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, wounds, or damaged skin as this product contains menthol and camphor. For external use only, do not use with a heat source.
